smoking outside only, please use containers provided for buds. Smoking inside the property results in deep cleaning charge of min £100 applied after check out
no parties/events allowed Quiet hours after 10pm, please be considerate to neighbours
NO VISITORS, unregistered guests/visitors incur £30/guest/night (CCTV is in operation 24/7 outside the property)
no food or drinks allowed in the bedrooms
Load used dishes and run dishwasher before before leaving
if you plan to bring pets please let us know in advance, subject to £35/stay (only if that cost is not included in your reservation). Please don't allow pets on furniture. Unauthorised pets charged £50/pet after check out.
please take out rubbish to the bins outside
Late check-out without written authorization charged £30/hour
no shoes upstairs
Minimum age of guests 21 years unless booking as a family
Not keeping to the rules may lead to termination of the stay with no refund *please send us message within 24 hours of check in if anything is not upto your satisfaction
